Cancellations and Refunds
At Lydia Heimlich Maternal Wellness, we aim to offer services with flexibility, respect, and care. The following policy outlines expectations for cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and expiration of services to ensure clarity for both client and coach.
Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.
Your first late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) will not result in any penalty.
Subsequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited, except in the case of a true emergency. Please reach out as soon as possible if something urgent arises.
If you are late to your session, we will do our best to use the remaining time effectively, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Coach Cancellations
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will notify you as soon as possible.
We will work together to reschedule at a time that works for you.
If we are unable to reschedule, the session will be fully refunded or credited to your account.

Refunds
Individual Sessions & Services
Refunds are available for individual coaching sessions or services when canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless due to emergency.
Packages
Packages (such as multi-session bundles or postpartum support plans) are refundable within 7 days of purchase if:
No sessions have been completed, and
No personalized planning or written work has begun.
Once services have started, the package is non-refundable.
A La Carte Services and Digital Products
Downloadable PDFs, digital guides, and instant-access products are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
A la carte add-ons (e.g., a custom resource list or follow-up session) may be refundable within 24 hours of purchase, if the service hasn’t yet been fulfilled.
Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.
Expiration of Services
All prepaid sessions, packages, and service add-ons must be used within 6 months of purchase.
If you anticipate needing to pause services, please contact us—we’re happy to explore flexible options.
Expired services that have not been previously discussed may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
